By booking an event with Think Scalextric Events you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

During events, if we feel our equipment is being abused, we reserve the right to end the racing event and pack up early with no refund.

CANCELLATION OF EVENTS:

Any event that has been booked, via email or phone call, then cancelled are liable to the following cancellation charges:

• More Than 56 Days Notice: Any event which is cancelled with more than 56 days notice, will incur the cost of any travel, branding and accommodation expenses already booked, if they can not be cancelled.

• Between 28-56 Days Notice: Any event which is cancelled between 28-56 days before the event will be charged 15% of full event cost, plus the cost of any travel, branding and accommodation expenses already booked if they can not be cancelled.

• Less Than 28 Days Notice: Any event which is cancelled with less than 28 days notice will be charged 50% of full event cost, plus the cost of any travel, branding and accommodation expenses already booked if they can not be cancelled.

• Less Than ONE Weeks Notice: Any event which is cancelled less than 1 week before the event will be charged 70% of full event cost plus the cost of any travel, branding and accommodation expenses already booked if they can not be cancelled. A copy of receipts of these expenses can be provided if requested.
