OPEN EVENT FORMATS

Our open event formats are ideal for larger groups where you want everyone to have a chance to race. They’re perfect for corporate events, private parties, exhibitions, charity fundraisers, and before or after-dinner entertainment.

Fastest Lap Challenge: Each driver completes a set number of laps to record their quickest time. The number of laps depends on the number of guests and the time available. At the end of the event, the driver with the fastest lap is crowned the winner.

Most Laps in a Set Time: This format is ideal when your event has a strict timetable. Each driver races for a fixed amount of time, with the duration based on your event schedule and guest numbers. The winner is the driver who completes the most laps within their allotted time.

Overall Race Time: Consistency is the key to this challenge. Drivers complete a set number of laps, and their total race time determines the result. Sometimes driving smoothly is much quicker than constantly pushing too hard and coming off the track. The driver with the fastest overall race time wins.

PRE-PLANNE CHAMPIONSHIP FORMATS

Every event is tailored to your requirements. We take into account the number of drivers or teams taking part, along with the time available. These formats work particularly well for smaller groups because each participant enjoys more track time. As a result, they’re also ideal for team-building events.

Driver Championship: Compete in a championship inspired by Formula One. Drivers race a variety of cars, from classic Minis through to Formula One cars, while earning points from qualifying sessions and races. The driver with the highest points total at the end of the championship wins.

Team Championship: Work together as a team and choose the best driver for each car. The event begins with practice sessions using beginner, intermediate, and expert cars. Teams then compete in qualifying sessions followed by races for each class. Success depends on strategy as much as speed, and the team with the most points is crowned champion. This format can easily be adapted to suit your group size and available time.

Knockout Event: Drivers compete in a series of elimination races. The fastest racers progress through each round until only the quickest competitors remain for the Grand Final. The winner of the final race becomes the overall champion.

PROFESSIONAL TIMING SYSTEM

Our computerised timing system records every lap to 1/1000th of a second, just like real Formula One.

During each race, the software displays:

• Live race positions
• Fastest lap times
• Total laps completed
• Distance between cars
• Fuel loads (optional)
• Race statistics and results

This creates an exciting, professional racing experience that keeps both drivers and spectators engaged throughout your event.
