EVENT: Goodwood Revival 2022 with Switzerland Tourism (15th – 18th September 2022)

After the great success in 2019 & 2021, we were commissioned once again by Switzerland Tourism to build them another bespoke track to display on their ‘Grand Tour of Switzerland’ stand at the Goodwood Revival 2022.

The brief was the track needed to represent Switzerland and the ‘Grand Tour of Switzerland’, a Tour of Switzerland that takes you on a 1,600 km tour through the most beautiful regions of Switzerland. It includes 22 lakes, 5 alpine passes, 12 UNESCO World Heritage Sites and much more.

For 2022 Switzerland Tourism became a Goodwood Revival Partner. Switzerland’s spectacular mountain passes are legendary: Jagged peaks, meandering glaciers, Alpine meadows and snaking roads all go into making them some of the most arresting landscapes in Europe, if not the world. And while driving through them is a truly wondrous experience, taking the time to pull over, stop and explore their rich history and diverting scenery is every bit as rewarding. After all, slowing things down can often be as enjoyable as putting your foot down (don’t worry, there’ll be plenty of opportunities for that too). Buckle up for a uniquely Swiss adventure.

With the Switzerland Tourism stand being in prime position, by the food court in the ‘Over The Road’ section of The Goodwood Revival, we had thousands of people passing by each day. We had a constant flow of people coming into the tent to find out more about the Grand Tour of Switzerland and to try to set the Fastest Lap on our bespoke Scalextric Hill Climb Track. We had the honour of having The Duke of Richmond and Gordon visit our tent to set a time on our track, and we also had Jodie Kidd spend a couple of hours on the stand and she too set a time on our bespoke Scalextric Hill Climb track.
