EVENT: ‘Coffee Run’ at Bicester Heritage with Collecting Cars

After two successful Coffee Runs, Bicester Heritage played host to the latest Collecting Cars Coffee run. Over 2000 cars and more than 3000 people turned up for a caffeine fueled morning in the spring sunshine.
As with every Coffee Run so far, there was a huge Porsche contingency with row after row of the sports car as far as the eye could see, and some extra special examples of the marque invited to park in front of the main hangar for all to enjoy.
Following the Scramblers X Collecting Cars: Porsche 911 @ 60 event the prior evening, Chris Harris stuck around for the Coffee Run and was happy to meet his army of fans and engage in depth conversations on all manner of cars. Both events were also graced with the presence of the Porsche 911 reimagined by Singer – Turbo Study, it’s first UK appearance since the 2022 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
We were hired to provide entertainment to current, and potential, Collecting Car members with one of our large digital Scalextric tracks.
The Coffee Run tied in nicely with the launch of the Collecting Cars Porsche-only auction, which will see some of the most coveted Porsches from all eras come together, marketed to Collecting Cars’ huge audience of enthusiasts around the globe. With bidding set to open on Sunday 11 June, Collecting Cars has announced a trio of star cars already consigned, including a 996 GT3 RS, 964 Carrera RS and a 356 Speedster.
