EVENT: ‘The Racing Green’ Hospitality at the British F1 Grand Prix

On 6th-7th July we were back at Silverstone in ‘THE Racing Green Hospitality‘ for the British F1 Grand Prix with one of our large mobile digital Scalextric tracks.
Over the F1 weekend we had a total of four ‘British Grand Prix’ events running simultaneously. As well as this event we also had:
- Tues 2nd-7th July: ‘Williams Racing Fan Zone’ in London.
- Sun 7th July: Race Day Hospitality at Williams F1 HQ in Grove, UK.
- Sun 7th July: ‘Bahrain International Circuit’ at Silverstone British GP.
‘The Racing Green’ hospitality was situated near the Wellington Straight, which had a great view of several corners of the Silverstone Circuit. We were constantly busy with people queuing to see who can get the ‘Fastest Lap’ of each day.

The atmosphere within ‘The Racing Green’ hospitality, even when the heavy rain came, was amazing! As part of their ticket price all the food and drink was free, so the buzz throughout the weekend was really good.
ABOUT THE TRACK: The customer asked for a Scalextric track that would work well in their hospitality enviroment and would be challenging, but playable, by adults and children. The also requested that the track be dressed up with their ‘The Racing Green’ branding. As you will see in the images below we placed their logo on the Scalextric buildings and grandstands, as well as Magnetic Racing billboards and gantries.
